Sprouting Fun
Have you ever tried growing sprouts? There are all different kinds. You can find seeds for alfalfa or broccoli and even radish sprouts.Â
Sprouting seeds are only grown in water and once they are ready the entire plant is eaten. Yum, right?? They are good for us! And it doesn’t take very long as many start growing within a day or two. If eating sprouts isn’t your thing there are still some fun ways to grow it. Â
