Imagine you lived a thousand years ago in Europe and you went off to fight a great battle. You’d have your armor, a shield and sword, maybe you’d even be riding a horse.

What if you could do that today, but instead everything is made out of cardboard and it’s actually fun?

It’s called Box Wars, a slightly ridiculous event started just for fun in Australia. People spend weeks collecting cardboard and designing their armor and floppy weapons.

There’s no winners or losers, or even teams; the real point of it is just to get crazy and creative with your designs.
