Okay, so I know I’m pretty behind the times, but I just found out about the Pause Challenge.
You agree to do the challenge with your friends or siblings, then one of you gets a TV remote, point it at your friend and tell them to “pause”.Â
Then they’re not supposed to move or do anything until you tell them to unpause again.
One guy took it a step further, he didn’t do the pause challenge with his friends, he taught his dogs to do it!
