Something that you might take for granted, but is something new to me since I’ve been growing up, is gluten-free food.
I had no idea what gluten was until a few years ago or that it made any difference to how people eat, but my wife is actually allergic to it, so everything we eat together is gluten-free.
Do you think it makes a difference in how things taste? If I handed you a donut with gluten and another donut that’s gluten-free, would you be able to tell the difference?
