If you live in an apartment building then you know that sometimes your neighbors can cause a lot of annoying noise. When I was first married and my wife and I lived in our apartment on the top floor, we were probably the annoying neighbors stomping around!

But when one person got a lot of complaints about the noise he was making, he was confused because he wasn’t even home when the noise was going on. He set up a camera so he could see what was going on, and he was actually super surprised to find out.
