Alexa won’t play Keys for Kids Radio (for now)

We want you to know that we at Keys for Kids Radio are really sorry about a problem we’re currently facing: Keys for Kids Radio can’t be played on Amazon Alexa devices!

The problem is technical – we had to switch our livestream service provider as our previous one decided to close their business.

We understand how much you miss listening to Keys for Kids Radio on Alexa. But don’t worry! Even though the switch was necessary, our main goal is always to provide great music and fun stories that helps you grow your relationship with God.

We have been trying really hard to bring back our service on Alexa devices by using all possible methods we could think of, and we are currently working with our new live streaming provider to create an Alexa Skill. We’re waiting for Amazon to review the Skill and either publish it or tell us what needs to be changed.

Unfortunately, so far our best efforts haven’t brought back Keys for Kids Radio on Alexa devices. But we promise you that we will continue trying and won’t stop till we bring Keys for Kids Radio back to Alexa.

Just as a reminder, even though you can’t listen to us right now with your Alexa devices, there are other ways you can listen to Keys for Kids Radio! You can still listen online here on our website or just ask your parents or grownups to download the Keys for Kids app.

We know you listen to Keys for Kids Radio through Amazon Alexa differently than using a smartphone or computer, so we hope we can solve this problem soon. Until then, keep listening to Keys for Kids Radio whichever way you can!
