Firefighter – Day in the Life!
Whenever a grownup asks you what you want to be when you grow up, some of the classic jobs have always been doctor, police officer, and firefighter.
But do you think you really know what it’s like to be a firefighter? Do you think that you’re really cut out for it?
Follow along with Sebastien, a firefighter in Eugene Oregon, and see what a 24-hour shift is like.
Two of the things I took away from the video is that they’re almost always on a call, and second, no matter what else they’re doing, they drop everything to go help those who need help. They even stop making dinner and eat later! The horror!
