Kids Try Christmas Dinner from Around the World!

Today I learned that I’ve never had a traditional Christmas dinner. Apparently pigs in a blanket, parsnips, and chestnuts are a part of it, but mostly I just eat green bean casserole and stuffing at Christmas 😁

But other countries eat a lot differently for Christmas dinner than many of us do in the United States!

In New Zealand they eat barbecue shrimp and pavlova, a sort of fruity dessert, because it’s summertime there!

In the Dominican Republic, a traditional Christmas dinner includes pig roast and rice with pigeon peas.

And Japan’s Christmas dinner really surprised me, I don’t think you’d believe me if I told you.
