I Spy Books: How They Get Made

Have you ever read the “I Spy” books? They were some of my favorite books to read and find all the objects when I was a kid. I still think they’re fun!

Maybe you think all the pictures for the books were made in the computer, just Photoshopping a bunch of toys, tea pots, tennis rackets, and tangerine toiletries together.

But it turns out all those pictures are built piece-by-piece in the real world by Walter Wick and his team, and each photo can take a few days or a few weeks to make!
