There are many people around the world who have had problems with dirty water, but this 11-year-old scientist is working to change that.
Meet Gitanjali. When she found out about the problems Flint, Michigan was having with lead in their water, she was inspired to create a device to quickly test the amount of lead in water. Knowing how much lead is in it helps people clean it up faster.
Now, she hopes to encourage other kids to work to help others in need and not give up even if they face challenges.
