Meet Aaron, the World's fastest backwards runner!  He won a world championship for competitive backwards running.

He didn't always run backwards.  After he got a knee injury, he switched to running backwards because it was easier on his knees.  Now, he never looks back, or I guess always looks back, but he hasn't stopped since.

He sometimes even has the track team that he coaches run backwards.
